It is ALWAYS important to be Prepared !!!
Part of that is maintaining organization, reviewing sales and establishing a schedule. Couponing is beneficial but requires proper planning. In an effort to avoid frustration you HAVE to take the time to view the sales BEFORE just going to the store. It is also good when you have time to just walk the stores to price check so that you can determine where you get a better deal when matching up your coupons.
Some tips in establishing organization are as follows:
Weekly clip and separate your circular coupons in categories ie. Dairy, Beverages, Meats ..., I find using Hefty One Zips and envelopes are a good source to start with. Label the One Zips with a category ie. Beverages then use the envelopes to break them down ex. Coffee, Juice, Tea ...This makes it much easier to locate your coupons. Purchase an accordian divider and label each store you frequent to coupon. Ex. Target, Walmart, CVS. At the beginning of each week place coupons needed for the weeks sales in the prospective section. This makes the coupons easier to reach, avoids having to go through envelopes. When you walk a store and locate blinkies, peelies or coupons put them in a misc. section in your accordian binder to sort later. Remember as your coupon catalog gets larger, you will expand to a larger accordian and then an actual binder. I recommend a "Case It"
